My fertility enhancement program is a body-mind approach, with a special focus on energy psychology.
It is designed to help you dissolve emotional and energetic blocks to conception. The addition of energy psychology to the traditional body-mind approach makes a potent tool for: · Those with "unexplained" infertility · Those receiving medically assisted fertility treatments who seek support on the emotional and physical levels · Those questioning and exploring issues of fertility and pregnancy. My fertility enhancement program has three components: · Energy Psychology to work through trauma, grief, limiting beliefs and other issues affecting your ability to conceive · Energizing Routines tailored to your specific needs. These include simple exercises you can do in a few minutes each day · Therapeutic Bodywork to deeply nurture the body. You will probably experience a significant release of old issues and know more hope and potential within 3 to 8 weeks. The cost typically ranges from $600 to $2,000. |

My original goal was to build bridges and I went to college to learn how to do that. I never did build any bridges, but I spent many years looking at what happens when various structures are loaded. In most structures it is the fractures that begin inside that we must be particularly cautious about. In my work I explored various treatments to alleviate stressors before they caused a lack of integrity in the structure and a rupture. Now, as a psychotherapist and bodyworker, I find those same concerns are present in the lives of my clients. How do we manage to hold, dissipate, mitigate our life stressors before they threaten our integrity and cause a rupture—depression, anxiety, rage, addiction, illness, chronic aches and pains, lack of vitality and general unhappiness? And so I build bridges—to disconnected parts of oneself, to others, to whatever gives one meaning, purpose and joy. My work with adults and adolescents in areas of personal, relationship and spiritual growth is particularly rewarding. I have a focus area in Fertility Enhancement. I also offer 50 Ways to Fire Up Your Life! groups, 5-week series focusing on providing you with tools to enhance your well-being. I have a long term meditation practice which feeds and shapes my daily life as well as my work. I have master’s degrees in Structural Engineering, Culture and Creation Spirituality with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology and Counseling Psychology. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC 40547) and Rosen Method Bodywork practitioner. I have studied the Energy Psychology techniques of EFT, TAT, and DEH as well as self-acupressure, all of which I use extensively in my practice. I have studied numerous bodywork, energy therapy and psychotherapy modalities and draw on those as needed. I have a certificate in addiction studies and have served as the Coordinator of Women’s Programs at a residential facility for drug and alcohol recovery. I am a member of CAMFT, East Bay CAMFT, ACEP, RMPA, ABMP, and RESOLVE. |
